Fitness tips for busy people

Always on the move? 
Travel and schedule hindering your fitness regime? 

Try these top tips to maintain fitness performance for the busy person.


1. Prepare
Keep hydrated - Carry a bottle of water with you at all times! 
Meal prep - Make sure you pre cook/pack meals and snacks good enough to make you ignore all of the unhealthy options! Try some
homemade protein bars, fresh fruit, tuna, pack of almonds. 
Preparation isn't just about food. Remember to take some gym equipment to enhance you workouts on your travels. I like to travel with my TRX, resistance band and a tennis ball. The TRX and resistance band provide great variety for my workouts, and the tennis ball helps to iron out any tight spots in my muscles and connective tissue.



2. Remove excuses
Your excuses sabotage your health. Stop them now! "I don't have time" is the big one, it really gives you, what you think, a legitimate reason not to workout. But it doesn't exist anymore. There are so many ways to workout, keep active and stay healthy, so just leave the excuses out of your workout plans! 



3. Learn to use your bodyweight
Don't have any equipment? Yes you do! You have bodyweight don't you? Maybe you should get creative, use that, or just simply take a look on our website, YouTube, Facebook or Twitter page to find out how to do many different exercises which require nothing but you!
