Warm up - Take 10 minutes to complete the following:
- Joggiing on the spot (30 seconds)
- Jumping jaks x15
- Body weight squats x12
- Lunges x12 each leg
- Plank (20 seconds)
- Press ups x8
- Mountain climbers x8 each leg
-Repeat until the 10 minutes are up
Core conditioning x 3 rounds (complete as circuit with 2 minutes rest in between each circuit)
- Side ups x12 each side
- Resistance band V sit hold x30 seconds each side
- Plank to press x 6 each arm
Strength & conditioning
3 rounds
1a) Squats with bicep curl (resistance band) x 15
1b) Bent over lateral raise (resistance band) x 15
3 rounds
2a) Reverse lunges with row (resistance band) x 15
2b) Supermans (press up position) x 12 each arm/leg
3 rounds
3a) Forward/Backward jumps (stay low in squat position throughout x 12
3b) X crunch x 20
Grand finale (complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes)
a) High knees on the spot x 50
b) Russian twists x 20
c) Jump squats x 20
d) Flutter kicks x 20
