A tasty and healthy way to drink more water

We all know that we need to drink more water. Right? 

Keeping ourselves hydrated allows our bodies to function optimally as well as promoting increased fat loss.

But many people opt for fizzy, flavoured drinks which have no benefit to our bodies and in many cases can be harmful if consumed excessively.

So here is an easy way to make our water tastier, which will make us wanting to drink more water because it's so easy and tastes so good. 




All you need to do is take your favourite piece of fruit, cut it into smaller slices or chunks, squeeze in some juice and drop the slices or chunks in. 

This flavours your water naturally so it tastes great and better still, you can flavour it how you like. I've added a lemon to my water above. But feel free to add in whatever you prefer.

My favourites are lemon and lime or orange flavoured water. 

So before you leave for work, study or for the gym, be sure to fill a bottle full of water, and add in any type of fruit you like so you can keep hydrated throughout the day.
