Delicious post workout protein shake

Post workout nutrition is very important. During your workout you have expended lots of calories and broken down muscle tissue which needs replenishing and rebuilding.

You can achieve this through highly nutritious food and what simpler way than to have a shake ready for when you finish your workout.

Try this delicious post workout shake that has an ideal amount of protein and carbohydrates as well as healthy fats.

Ingredients:
Bulk Powders Pure whey protein 1 scoop
Bulk Powders 100% natural peanut butter 1 tablepsoon
- Handful of frozen blueberries 
- Natural greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon
- 400ml of water (Upgrade your shake by using Vita coco coconut water) 

You will need to use a blender to mix everything together and get a tasty smooth shake
